Group Therapy | Wellness Counseling

Thursdays, weekly, 6:00 to 8:00 PM - April 10, 2025 through May 1, 2025

Session Dates: 4/10/2025, 4/17/2025, 4/24/2025, 5/1/2025

Participants should be able to commit to all four meetings to fully benefit from the group and ensure a consistent experience for all group members.

Group Rules

Wellness Through Counseling workshops are a safe emotional space to share support and develop healthy relationship skills. To help preserve the emotional safety of the space, members will be required to:

Respect each group member's confidentiality. What we say in the group stays in the group.
Speak to other group members as you would like them to speak to you, with care and thoughtful consideration.
Consider the scope of sensitivity before sharing personal information. Group workshops are not the same as individual or family therapy. Disclosures should be limited to information we find helpful to the group discussion.
Respect clear, healthy boundaries. It is up to each individual how much they share.
Refrain from offering advice unless requested; instead, focus on your development and offer solutions when asked.
Please try your best to attend consistently and punctually to respect everyone's investment of time and energy into the group.
Actively participate. Each member's voice and experiences are valuable to the group.
