What We Offer at Wellness Through Counseling
Our therapists offer individual therapy for adults and teens (13+) who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, identity, and life transitions.
Many of our clients are Muslim or BIPOC individuals who want therapy that respects their lived experience and doesn’t require them to explain the basics.
You don’t need to be in crisis to seek support. Therapy is also a space for reflection, growth, and becoming more fully you.
